INGREDIENTS

3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed

1 lime, juiced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup diced onion

3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)







DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.

Yummy Bok Choy Salad



INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup white vinegar

1/3 cup white sugar

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 bunches baby bok choy, cleaned and sliced

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1/8 cup slivered almonds, toasted

1/2 (6 ounce) package chow mein noodles





DIRECTIONS

In a glass jar with a lid, mix together olive oil, white vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce. Close the lid, and shake until well mixed.

Combine the bok choy, green onions, almonds, and chow mein noodles in a salad bowl. Toss with dressing, and serve.Can you give me some raw food recipes?
Basic Quick Pickle Recipe:

1/2 cup vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons sugar

Thinly sliced vegetables (cucumbers, carrots, zucchini, etc.)

1/4 teaspoon herbs or spices (optional)

Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, and, if using, herbs and spices in an airtight container until sugar and salt dissolve; add vegetables; cover and let sit in refrigerator at least two hours before serving.
Tomato-Spinach Roll Recipe



Ingredients (for 6 rolls)



10 oz. Spinach, coarsely chopped

8 oz. Light cream cheese

2 tbsps prepared horseradish

录 cups diced tomatoes

salt and pepper

6 whole wheat tortillas (7-inch diameter)



Preparation



Mix together spinach, cream cheese, horseradish, tomatoes, and dash of salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Spread the mixture on six tortillas.

Roll each tortilla tightly.

Cut each roll into 3 or 4 slices.
