Rosemary Chicken Breasts
Prep: 10 minutes
Marinate: 30 minutes
Cook: 8 to 10 minutes
Serves: 4
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
5 cloves garlic, minced (or more, if you like)
2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
陆 teaspoon salt
录 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1. Prepare a hot fire. Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry; place in a glass baking dish. In small bowl, mix together garlic, rosemary, mustard, lemon juice, salt pepper and olive oil until well blended. Pour over chicken breasts and turn to coat well. Cover and marinate at room temperature, turning once or twice, for 30 minutes. (if you want to marinate longer, place the dish in the refrigerator)
2. Remove chicken breasts from marinade and place on oiled grill set 4 to 6 inches from coals or heat source. Grill chicken, turning once and basting with reserved marinade, until chicken is white throughout but still juicy, 8 to 10 minutes.
Personal note: I like to cook these longer, until the marinade becomes caramelized.

So you like Garlic do you Brian? How would you like garlic butter shrimp?
All you need for one person is the following:
Rice boiled in a vegetable or chicken stock, just enough for one.
2 X cups uncooked jumbo or large shrimp, or as many as YOU want.
6 to 8 cloves of garlic finely crushed or chopped.
1 X table spoon of unsalted butter.
Method, melt butter, make sure heat is high to medium, once the butter is melted (not burnt) add your garlic, allow a minute then add your shrimp, you can also add a touch of soy and oyster sauce and stir through for added flavor, once shrimp are coked serve onto the bed of rice.
With this you can add flavors or delete flavors, I fell on this one by accident, now I cheat, on the way home from work I pick up a container of fried rice at my local, and use that as my bed. I basically said to hell with cleaning an extra pot. Worked out well, with the soy and the oyster sauce mixing in with the butter it made a good sauce with two tablespoons of the stock you just boiled the rice in.

I can't hardly cook without onions myself.
1. Put a whole pork roast in the crock pot. Nothing else. Cook it on low for 8 hours.
Shred the pork. Serve on hogie buns with your favorite bbq sauce. Mine is home made, but you don't like onions.
2. Saute mushrooms, red peppers, and cooked ham in a little olive oil or butter. Toss with a pasta and Parmesan cheese.
If you use chicken instead of ham add a crushed clove of garlic. I do not like garlic with my ham.
3. Yeah, I only measure things when I bake or make pancakes or something.
4. I am having a hard time thinking of what I cook with out onions.
5. I would not eat spinach ether until I found out the Italians and Greeks knew how to cook it.Need great food recipes?

If you love garlic as much as me here are some great recipes :)
Garlic bread is so easy! Just take some softened butter, some fresh, jarred or garlic powder, some herbs and spices like oregano and spread on some bread. Bake in the over for about 10 minutes at 300 degrees
Garlic butter shrimp is fast, easy and really good! Take a lot of butter, melt in the pan. Take your peeled, uncooked shrimp and put them in the pan with the butter. Add garlic and your favourite herbs and spices. Take some fresh bread and dip it in the butter after!
If you like garlic you will love pesto! If you want to make your own pesto just take some pine nuts, a drizzle of olive oil, garlic and some fresh basil. Blend in the blender until smooth. If you don't want to make it yourself get some in the jar it's just as good. Toss it with some noodles, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, scallops, and some grated cheese. Put on top of bread and bake in the oven. Add some tomatoes or red pepper in the pesto! Anything is possible I love pesto!

My mom makes this really simple casserole it's very good!
You will need:
Can of cream of mushroom soup
Can of tomato soup
Ground beef
egg noodles
your favourite kind of cheese
peppers
mushrooms
I know you don't like onions but she usually puts them in there and you can't taste them. Optional though
Substitute any vegetables you want to put in there also peas, carrots anything is good.
Fry the ground beef in a large pot with oil, add your vegetables, garlic and any other seasonings you want (my mom adds paprika, oregano, basil but you can add pretty much anything)
Boil your noodles with a pinch of salt in the boiled water to taste.
Once your vegetables and beef are all cooked and mixed well, and your noodles are cooked and drain combine. Then add the mushroom soup and tomato soup. Mix well. Top with cheese and bake in the oven until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Enjoy!
Hope I helped good luck!
