I recently bought a vacuum sealer and vacuum sealed portions of this raw food bread.
I made the bread in a dehydrator, starting Friday night and finishing Saturday morning.
The recipe is:
carrot pulp, flax powder, chia powder, olive oil (small amount), sesame seeds, water and spics.
The "bread" is a bit like a cracker biscuit that is soft.
I vacuum wrapped it just a few moments ago (Monday evening Australian time).
Should I store it in the fridge or pantry?
How long will it last?
The guidebook says cookiers/crackers last 1 - 2 weeks normally in the pantry and 3 to 6 weeks in the pantry when vacuum sealed so I'm assuming this is the case but not sure.

Store this in the fridge. It will go bad if there is water in this. Why did you make this bread instead of just sealing up the flower. Flower can be stored for years. If your going to eat them up within a couple weeks I see no reason to refrigerate them.
