Eat lots and lots.
Nuts, seeds, all of them can be pureed and blended to make flour, pasta, cream and other things which you can make into pies, bars, breads etc.
For instance- dates are a brilliant way to make a bulky dough, using raw oats or brazil nut flour too.
Add some agave, and you have a very rich sweet pudding -type dough, to make cars from, you can add sesame seeds, shaved coconut etc.
Buying a blender is a really good investment.
Nut flours- soyflour, oats, lentil and chickpea flour can all be used- for pies, cakes, crusts for raw tarts and stuff.
For legumes- the only one to NOT eat raw is a kidney bean= they contain a certain substance in the skin which gives off toxin when raw or not cooked properly. The others- chickpeas, lentils, lima beans, pinto beans etc can all be soaked to get them plump, soft, creamy smooth.
I generally have about three pots soaking on the go- keep them in the fridge, and refresh the water every few days.
YOu can soak lentils even just overnight, but the longer you soak them, the softer they get.
YOu'll see a lot of foamy scummy water at first-= keep replacing it.
After a few days, the lentils become lovley and mildly crunchy.
YOu can pulse all these to get flour.
Soynuts are dehydrated soybeans, and make good flour too.
Put flour, some dates, a bit of avocado in a blender and pulse together- that's a very very creamy dough.
Avocado and raw cocoa, added to some dates, makes a FANTASTIC coco chocllate pudding.
HEre is an amazing chocolate tart=- all raw.

And here's a ladt called Ani Phyo- she has a LOT of raw recipes, but here's an amazing raw coconut cake video- it just shows you how to eat lots and lots and lots of gooey comforting rich food ( if you want) and still be as healthy and light as you want.

To be healthy, you really can eat SO much, and still be great- nuts, nut butters, raw sprouted bread ( which are absolutely amazing to eat), raw oatmeal, with cashew cream and dried fruit.
Raw apple pie, raw cookies- it's endless. It never needs to be about spikey sour bitter raw green vegetables only. Are there any experienced raw foodists that can help?
You don't seem to be getting a lot of help here, so I'll throw out this link. There are several articles here that you might enjoy reading. Some are pro raw and some aren't. But they are the experiences of real people who are or were raw dieters.
