I am thinking about starting to eat "raw" and wanted opinions about it....?

Like experiences with it (I am depressed and found a website about naturally curing it so I don't have to go on medication) ... Does it make you feel better, healthier? This is another reason I'm doing it, a lot of food makes me feel like crap.

Also, any recommendations about raw food books, like with simple recipes in them, I would love to know which books are the easiest to follow but also at a reasonable price. I would appreciate any and all opinions!I am thinking about starting to eat "raw" and wanted opinions about it....?
I did hear that eating too much red meat could be bad for your heart; I don't think you should just go 'cold turkey' by eliminating all meats.

You could eat some white meats, like chicken, turkey, tuna (NOT PORK, a big no, no), and sometimes eat a LITTLE red meat, but once in a blue moon, since meat is part of the food pyramid.

If you want to eat 'raw' and become a vegetarian, that fine because it's about you feeling comfortable and being comfortable eating. But it's alright to indulge once in a while.I am thinking about starting to eat "raw" and wanted opinions about it....?
raw? ew!I am thinking about starting to eat "raw" and wanted opinions about it....?
I assume you're talking about veggies, but if you're talking about meat and eggs you really need to consider the bacterias involved within raw meat and eggs.

I recomend you check out the wikipedia entry on Raw foodism which is filled with further reading and links to websites you can check out near the bottom of the page.
