Looking for a recipe for sucanat (raw sugar) to be used as plant food.?

i read recently that flowering plants make better smelling flowers and better tasting fruit if the gardener uses a carbohydrate synthesizer during flowering/fruiting. apparently sucanat works for this, but i don't know how much per gallon of water to use. my plants are in soil (not hydroponic) and i've raised them organically up until now...

Carbohydrate synthesizers are used in hydroponic operations to provide the macronutrients and enzyme that the plant requires in order to produce carbohydrates.



Plants growing in soil are their own carbohydrate synthesizers. They take basic nutrients from the soil, water, and sunlight, and manufacture their own carbohydrates. My advice -- don't mess with nature. The right growing conditions and proper fertilization will do the job.
