okay so im 15, trying the raw food diet (today is my second day). I'm 5'7, and 143 pounds. If I keep on this diet, how long will until I see results, or lose like at least 2 pounds?
ALSO, do you have any good recipes that don't cost tons of money (im a kid and can't really just go to the store on my own) and are really good?
I really want to look good in a swimsuit this summer and want to lose weight fast...so is this a good diet for that?
