The raw food diet?

Im going on it, do you lose weight? Do you have any recipes/tips?The raw food diet?
I tried the raw food diet and yes most people do lose weight. Because you can't cook anything that elimanated a lot of my protein sources so it left me really hungry. I would definitely suggest purchasing and actual book and try to "cook" recipes. Also remember to work protein into meals with things like yogurt, nuts, cottage cheese, cheese, lunch meats, etc so that you will be successful! Good luck!The raw food diet?
It is more to keep you healthy you don't loose weight very fast though because you still eat enough but just healthy stuff.

Yeah, I have a friend who went on the raw food diet and she lost about 15 pounds all together. (Sorry, I'm not sure how long she was on it)
