Food that tastes good but helps lose weight?

I know fruits and raw vegatables are good to eat when you are on a diet, but sometimes that just gets old. Any good recipes or foods that aren't fattening without having to sacrifice good taste?Food that tastes good but helps lose weight?
If you want bacon with your eggs, rather than 4 regular strips (175 calories), have two slices of Canadian (70 calories, and as filling).Food that tastes good but helps lose weight?
tortilla chips with sour cream is one of my favorites, try making home-made salsa

rice salad

whip up some home-made whipped cream without toooo much sugar and eat it with strawberries

omish oatmeal

almonds and walnuts

eat a yogurt and stir in some nuts!

try grilling bell peppers





you should understand that a lot of fats come from stuff like bread and OJ try to stick with double fiber bread and limit OJ



good luck and do some research, remember to not to starve yourself and remember, it's not howm much u eat it's what you eat!

I agree that nuts and seeds are good snacks. Also dried fruits like raisins are good.

I recommend corn thins (type of rice cracker) They are healthy for you. You can put marmite or avacado on it and tomatoes.. stuff like that :)

Plain popcorn with no butter or salt has lots of fibre so it makes you full which is really great!

Smoothies with fruit and low fat yogurt are very tasty and healthy. It is a tasty way of eating fruit and there are endless options to try.

If you are getting bored of raw vegetables, try having them with a healthy dip.
