Contrary to the first answer, there are many raw food recipes.Raw food diet?
I have been on a Herbalife weight management programme for 9 months now. The basis of the programme is good nutrition. The meal replacements are Protein Shakes that you make yourself (like smoothies). You add fruits to them according to your taste and they come with over 100 recipes.

1 Shake a day for a healthy way to maintain your current weight, 2 Shakes a day for weight loss, 3 Shakes a day with your meals to gain weight. It's all personalised for you. They have 6 flavours of Protein Shakes - Chocolate, Strawberry, Cookies %26amp; Cream, Tropical Fruit, Vanilla %26amp; Cappuccino (my favourite).

I've lost 2 stones 8lbs. I'm still on the programme %26amp; it's really, really easy. If you have a blender at home, making the shakes is quicker than making a cup of tea! Go to www.reshaped4life.org/sample to try out a sample pack to see if you'd like the programme.
i once tried to eat a raw pineapple and broke a tooth. maybe raw spuds would go down a bit easier, eh? legumes, anyone?

i could do it so long as i had something good to wash it down with. make mine a few martinis. or blended scotch.Raw food diet?
Fruit, nuts %26amp; raw veg I'd just eat at random, healthy as it gets.

Salad concoctions, fruit smoothies, haven't got any recipes exactly. Just see what goes well together you like.
Well there are no "recipes" as the idea is you don't cook anything. You eat the food rawRaw food diet?
