How can I start the RAW DIET?

I'm starting my weight loss journey ( about 50 lbs) and I want to begin the Raw Food Diet. But I dont know where to begin. What do I eat, What can I drink? I want recipes that filling, so Im not starving all the time. Can Anyone help? ThanksHow can I start the RAW DIET?
The uncook books are nice to have to spice things up once in a while but i would invest in a strong blender. green smoothies are great to get the amount of nutrients you need in a quick tasty way. With recipe books you also want to make sure the recipes are balanced nutritionally (opposed to some raw sugary substitute of a dish). It takes a lot to actually chew all the fruits,veggies, and greens you really need in a day.You can fit a lot of those into a glass. I would do mostly green smoothies and with some solids in between. The books at the bottom might be helpful to you.How can I start the RAW DIET?
Just start eating raw uncooked foods like salads, plain fruits and follow some raw food people on twitter follow wizardQi, I retweet alot of recipes and follow alot of raw foodist, then start collecting recipes and buy a book or two on raw foods that will have some recipes that you can start adding to your food in your life!
