I have a great book stashed away and for the life of me I can't remember the name.
Raw and sprouted foods (sprouted beans and nuts) are the healthiest foods. The have all of their enzymes and nutrients intact. When I was depressed I ate that way and it lifted the depression. I think it worked because my bodies needs were being met. I was eating so much dead cooked stuff.
What very important to do is juice and puree. You r body will just absorb the enzymes and goodies right in! ( for weight stay away from to much fruit)
Start off slow because there will be an adjustment period and it will take time to learn how to do this without starving to death!LOL Imp! If you are hypoglycemic or diabetic...go buy some Hemp milk or Hemp powder you will need to keep your protein up!
If you have the money you could order delivery by phone from Glaser Farms or Glazer ...check online. Great veg. raw and sprouted foods! they are in FL.
If you are patient and don't get turned off you will look and feel awesome!

RAW: The UNCook book is a good book of recipes. It has a bit of information about the raw lifestyle and some good resources for where to find ingredients.
