Any raw food recipes??!!!!! Help!!?

I'm starting a raw food diet...

alll i have raw is

Bananas

Blueberries

green bell peppers

tomatoes

sliced cucumbers

lettuce



I all read tried smoothie and salad

RAW CRANBERRY AND PINEAPPLE SALAD



1 cup chopped cranberries

2 cups drained crushed pineapple

1/2 cup cooked salad dressing

1 teaspoon powdered sugar



Combine cranberries and pineapple and arrange on lettuce. Serve with cooked salad dressing slightly sweetened with sugar.

DUMPLINGS MADE WITH BOILED AND RAW

POTATOES



1 lb. 10 oz. potatoes

1 1/8 lb. lg. raw (peeled) potatoes

1 egg

2 1/4 oz. plain flour

1 tsp. salt



The day before you need the dumplings, wash and boil the 1 pound 10 ounce of potatoes. Peel while still hot and mash. Then leave them to cool. The next day, rub them through a fine sieve. Grate the raw potatoes, put them into a cloth and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.



Combine the cooled mashed with the raw grated potatoes and knead into them the egg, flour and salt. With floured hands shape the mixture into dumplings about the size of your fist. Drop into boiling salted water and simmer until done. Cooking time: about 20 minutes.

MARINATED RAW VEGETABLES



1 bunch broccoli, cut up

1 head cauliflower, cut up

1 1/2 - 2 c. raw (or canned) mushrooms

Cherry tomatoes, cut in halves

1 purple onion, sliced

1 bottle Italian salad dressing



Pour Italian dressing over all but the tomatoes and marinate overnight. Add tomatoes just before serving.



You may add any other raw veggies you prefer; celery, cucumbers, carrots.

RAW HAMBURGER SANDWICH



Raw lean ground hamburger

Hamburger buns

Chunk of raw onion

Mayonnaise (Miracle Whip)

Pepper

Salt



Buy the leanest, best looking package of hamburger you can find. Fresh ground. Make into a pattie about 1/4 pound. Put on hamburger bun with mayonnaise on both sides of bun and lots of salt and pepper. Top with chunk of raw onion. Don't be afraid! Try it! Drink with Half and Half!

RAW POTATO CASSEROLE



1/2 lb. ground chuck

1/2 lb. lean ground pork

1 can condensed tomato soup

1/2 tsp. salt

4 twists of pepper mill

1 tbsp. flour

2 tbsp. butter

1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems %26amp; pieces (do not drain)

1 lg. onion, diced

3 c. raw potatoes, diced in 1/2 inch pieces



Mix the ground meat with the tomato soup, salt and pepper. Work in the flour. Form into meatballs about the size of golf balls. Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides.



Place the meatballs on the bottom of a well-greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix the mushrooms, onion and raw potatoes very well and pour over the meatballs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue to bake for 15 minutes longer. Serve piping hot.

There are many excellent gazpacho recipes that are great for summer. Gazpacho is a slightly tart chilled soup that can be made from raw tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, bell peppers, garlic, almonds, etc.
