You could make a salad with fruits and vegetables. Very healthy.

HUMMUS!!!!!!!

It's a bean, a chick pea or Garbonzo bean

to be exact, and you can put it on literally anything.

Smoothies and salads are great. You will want to eat a ton of sprouted grains and beans if you aren't eating nuts... it's not easy to get enough protein from just the veggies. Be sure to eat avocados and/or oils so you're getting some fat, too. You can pop an avocado in with your smoothie, mash it into guac, or just eat it plain (so nummy with balsamic vinegar and olive oil).

I guess I would suggest making yourself some "burritos." Grab some cabbage or lettuce leaves, put in a scoop of sprouted beans and a scoop of sprouted grains, sprinkle on some raw salsa and a chunk or ten of avocado. Wrap it up and nom it down.
Enjoy the wholesome goodness of my world famous carrot sticks:

1) wash carrots

2) peel carrots

3) cut carrots into uniform sticks

4) enjoy the wholesome goodness

No dehydrator required.
