Hmm, okay as a raw foodist I'm going to help you.
90% of raw food recipes online are transitional foods meaning that you only eat them for a week or two then you transition over to the true raw diet.
You don't need a dehydrator or a juicer but you will absolutely benefit from a blender.
The transition raw food diet is about 50% fruit (sweet and fatty); 20% vegetables (this doesn't include greens); 20% seeds, nuts and oils and then 10% leafy green vegetables.
What you're really aiming for is about 50% leafy green vegetables; 40% fruit and then 10% seeds, nuts and oils.
The easiest way to eat when you're a raw foodist is by making green smoothies. 2 pieces of fruit; a REALLY large portion of leafy greens (baby spinach for beginners); water; supplements if you choose and a dash of cold pressed oil occasionally.
