Healthy recipes that don't need refrigeration?

I'm going to a camp (not camping) and am in charge of providing some healthy food options for 12 other people over 3 days. So far I'm only bringing raw fruit, vegetables with dip and granola. Can you suggest any healthy recipes that are shelf stable?

I have asked this question before, but mainly I got suggestions for peanut butter/tuna sandwiches and various canned foods. Assume that we will have no mode of cooking while up there.

By the way, would prepared pasta with an herb oil sauce be shelf stable?Healthy recipes that don't need refrigeration?
A pasta salad made with a vinaigrette would be stable. Also, cold pre-cooked chicken or turkey would work well if you wanted to make wraps or burritos. You'd just need to grill/fry/saute it, slice it, and pack it, then bring the tortillas and other toppings and salsas/sauces you like.Healthy recipes that don't need refrigeration?

you could buy individual serving size containers of jello %26amp; fruit, already made packs of tuna salad and chicken salad. also: summer sausage with cheese and crackers. you can take stuff for salad if you buy small bottles of dressing (only needs refrigerated after opening). nuts and sunflower seeds, raisins or other dried fruits. fresh coconuts, they may also drink the milk inside.Healthy recipes that don't need refrigeration?
You may get away with pasta for the first day, but nothing but dried or canned food or peanut butter after that,

Beef jerky is a good meat idea. Also vacuum sealed meat like pepperoni, or Spam, or sardines for example, any meat You can buy that is not refrigerated at the store.
I love this Salty Sweet Peanut Butter Granola with Chocolate Chips recipe that I found on SuperiorNutStore.com's blog, http://blog.superiornutstore.com/?cat=32 It's a great and healthy snack, and it would be just the right thing to bring to camp. I try and make a batch each weekend so that I have a nice little snack to take with me each day to work. I'm sure you will love it! :)
