Think about it this way, dogs' immune systems are similar to those of a human's, but they are able to process foods like raw meat and tougher food better. That's why you could give a dog some ibuprofen, and the same results would happen as if you took it. You don't get sick because you eat raw meat, you might get sick because of the chance of salmonella being in it, whatever would happen to you would happen to the dog. the raw food diet is good actually. Some people have say it's made their dogs poop smaller, breath less smelly, a shinery coat ect.
