You're most welcome! If you're getting into making cheese replacements I'll give you two tips that I've never seen mentioned about it (my other secrets *stay* secret%26lt;g%26gt;). If you use arrowroot instead of other binders the result tends to be a little stringier and instead of using plain salt use Flavacol! The buttery flavor makes a big difference in the final product.
