Help with Vegetarian meal?

I just started a raw food diet, which means i can only eat raw fruits and vegetables. I've just been eating them like a snack, but i wanna know if there are any recipes for a raw food diet?... Also, is a whole piece of sushi raw, or just the fish part?Help with Vegetarian meal?

You mean like sushi rolls? the rice is cooked so its not raw food. The fish is raw depending on what type of roll you get.



These sites have some recipes. The second link looked like it had some tasty stuff but maybe just cause it was the only one with pictures lol. Or just google 'raw food recipes' there are lots more websites.

Fish is not vegetarian but yes, if it's in sushi it is traditionally raw unless the person was trying something new. Just ask.
i,m not going to comment on the raw diet part..but sushi is not raw fish!!it can be. yes! there are many great "vegetarian"sushi available.look around...Help with Vegetarian meal?
allrecipes.com is a great site for any kind of recipes your looking for. not all sushi is raw and it depends which dish u get.
