Does anyone know where I can find some easy recipes to follow, with not a lot of ingredients.I want to start eating 100% raw food?
The best place to start is with two books:
Raw Food Made Easy by Jennifer Cornbleet is full of good recipes that don't require specialty equipment, like a dehydrator.
The Complete Book of Raw Food by Lori Baird and Julie Rodwell has recipes, health and nutritional information, and tons of resources.
A good discussion site is:

Best of luck!I want to start eating 100% raw food?
Are you by chance trying 'The Gabriel Method'?
My suggestion here is:
Cut everything up into small pieces, drizzle with olive oil and apply liberal amounts of cracked pepper.
You can mix things up a bit by blending things together, using the natural spiciness and saltiness of the foods to make dips and such.
Buy organic, too. Make sure you choose vegetables and fruits that contain the vitamins required for healthy eating.
I don't know where people get the "Raw is bad" theory from.
I went from 85% raw to 95% raw yesterday (I still drink rice milk and eat grains) and well I feel better then fine doing it, I feel great.
The key to raw eating isn't recipes it's combination.
You should combine your favorite raw foods and see what you've got.
So for me my favorite is baby spinach, red onions, navel oranges and avocado with orange juice drizzled on top. It's a yummy salad of my favorite foods, good luck!I want to start eating 100% raw food?
what i just did is i put medjool dates and raw sprouted almonds in a food processor, equal parts of each (i did two cups of each roughly) and blend it and it ends up yummy like cookie dough, i keep it in the fridge and you can eat it straight its delicious, you can use different nuts or add anything like dried fruits to suit your fancy. its extremely easy and keeps in the fridge
i see not a lot of people understand your question. I my self am not completely aware of your intentions but i do know that the human body was designed to eat raw food its just that we have evolved so much over the years that people are not accustomed to it anymore and find it disgusting. im sorry i can not help you other than the obvious eating fruits and vegetablesI want to start eating 100% raw food?
There are two types of raw foodists. Those that eat meat and those that don't. As for recipes, just Google it and you will get loads of information.
There are some foods that should be slightly cooked in order to get the full benefit from them.
.
If it is raw no recipe is needed just dump what you like together and enjoy.
