Does anyone know a good raw food/dairy free cherry and coconut ice cream recipe?

I saw a recipe for one in a newspaper a while ago but it wasn't raw.

Would this work well?

coconut cream, cashew milk, cherries (some whole with pip removed and some pulverised to create cherry flavour) and dessicated coconut with a bit of brandy?

If so, what proportions should I use?

A quick search on google didn't bring me the exact sort of recipe I'm looking for.Does anyone know a good raw food/dairy free cherry and coconut ice cream recipe?
I make raw food - raw pineapple ice cream a lot! For cherry you might try using frozen bananas also- since they work so well alone. Or swirl a heavy cherry mixture thru the banana ice cream (use 3-4 bananas) such as we often do with raspberries. Or mix it all together with the coconut cream too and see what happens! There are many raw recipes for raw coconut ice cream, made with coconut meat, but the coconut cream and cashews (not the milk) might work well. I wouldn't use the brandy. Try vanilla? Sounds good!Does anyone know a good raw food/dairy free cherry and coconut ice cream recipe?
