Favorite Raw Food book?

What is the best informational book on raw food along with recipes? I just started juicing but I'm also craving solid foods along with the juice.Favorite Raw Food book?
You need to consume a lot more than just juice to be successful on a raw food lifestyle!

Solid foods are important. And while sprouted seeds, simple salads, and whole fruits are fantastic, and should really be the cornerstones of all our diets, there are plenty of exciting and delicious raw meals and snacks to enjoy.

I have a few raw books. I highly recommend Jennifer Cornbleet's "Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People" http://www.amazon.com/Raw-Food-Made-Easy鈥?/a>

Ani Phyo's books are also great. I have her first two. www.aniphyo.com

I have a couple others, but I think these are the best because the recipes are fairly easy, very adaptable, and interesting. And while some of the recipes require sophisticated tools and equipment, not all do. And not everyone has or wants to use a dehydrator, stand mixer, hand mixer, food processor, high speed blender, and juicer to make some of the more complex recipes out there!

Keep in mind that most people who are into raw food eat 70-90% raw, and the other 10-30% cooked foods. Cooked foods that fit well into a mostly raw lifestyle include herbal teas, supplemental ingredients like nutritional yeast, boiled whole grains, some steamed veggies, some tubers like potatoes which are harder to digest raw, and mushrooms. Some raw foodists will eat their mushrooms raw or marinated, but mushrooms are actually easier to digest and healthier when cooked. Also, some sea vegetables are hard to find raw.

There are also tons of websites out there, full of raw recipes and ideas.

Good luck!
