Raw Food: Lemon Pudding (Banana Base):

5 min 5 min prep

1 servings

1 banana

1/2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

1-2 tablespoon unsweetened flaked coconut

2 tablespoons lemon juice (from about 1/2 of a small lemon)

1/2 tablespoon olive oil (optional) or coconut oil (optional)

1. Mash the banana with a fork.

2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients with a spoon.

3. Alternatively, process all ingredients in a food processor until mixed.

4. Note: Some people use pitted mejool dates instead of honey or another sweetener. I prefer a liquid sweetener, since the dates don't give a very smooth texture in the final product. If you want to use dates, one should be enough in this recipe.I want to know what is good recipes for raw foods?

I do not see if you want foods that are not cooked or foods you do not have to cook.

Most canned food can be eaten as is, Baked Beans

Peas

Corn

Potatoes

Tomatoes

Stews etc

Looking at it the other way

I can't think of a raw meat that hasn't been processed in some way apart from salted

Carrots

Peas

Cabbage

Lettuce

Celery

Tomatoes

Onions

Fruits
