There is a great website which contains many weight loss meals ( dinner, breakfast, vegetarian) that you can make and store for months and also has some fitness videos to help you lose weight.

I have two youtube videos. One is on a chicken dish another on a salmon dish. You can portion out the chicken and fish for less calories and or tweak certain things.
