I am considering switching to a raw food diet. I have been working out, going to the gym, and I have lost about 25lbs. I am in the best shape of my life and I am committed to making a lifestyle change. I want to take the next step which is to change my diet for good, but I was wondering if there is anyone out there who is following a raw food lifestyle who can give me some tips. Websites I can visit for recipe's. Are there any additional supplements I should be taking in addition to my regular vitamin regimen? Are there any disadvantages to this lifestyle from what you can tell? Is absolutely everything raw? Do you eat pasta? Or oatmeal? So many questions! I would love some guidance. what a lot of girls don't understand is that once you get off a diet that limits things (like a raw food diet, no carb diet, etc) you will gain the weight back once you start eating the foods you normally eat.
