Vegan & raw food, should i?

i've been vegan for almost 2 years, and lately i've been interested in eating solely raw food. i don't know too much about it, knowing myself i'll probably pick up a book about it. but i just want some more info on it. some benefits? and if someone can give me a cool raw meal recipe that would be awesome! i love my veggies!Vegan %26amp; raw food, should i?
That last comment is just ignored-(about the steak)! Congrats on going vegan-and raw foods interest!! We should be eating foods as close to nature as possible. If you do go raw-just make sure you buy as much organic as possible-or grow your own-even better. One of my raw favorites as a side dish is wilted kale-just strip the kale off the stems cut thinly-add lemon juice, onion powder, and sea salt-and then toss the kale in a bowl-squeezing the kale while you do this-it breaks down the kale as it had been cooked. And enjoy! I watch a program by Jeanie Davis called amazing health-you can check it out online too-she is a Dr. and cooks only raw foods-gives presentations on genetically modified foods etc.. Check it out! amazinghealth.comVegan %26amp; raw food, should i?
It is going to be a question of trial and error.

I think there would be many foods that are good to eat but will not be all that tasty. I can't imagine eating raw beetroot, marrow, pumpkin etc.

I like my veggies too, and I have studied the ways to cook them, and I have my likes and dislikes, some of which are strange.

I like broccoli just softened a little, yet I like cauliflower well cooked, and that isn't logical.Vegan %26amp; raw food, should i?
I love eating a nearly raw steak.
